If a figure on this site is wrong — a laser power, a build volume, a nozzle standard, a recommended temperature, a wavelength marking, a price band, or a statement about how a machine behaves — please write. We check it, fix it, and note on the page what changed. Nothing you send is more useful, and nothing is dealt with sooner.
Questions about machines and materials
Every question is read, and we answer as many as we can. A question that comes up repeatedly often becomes a page of its own, where it helps far more people than a private reply would.
Brands and PR
Datasheets, manuals, material profiles, compatibility lists and corrections from manufacturers are welcome and will be used. What will not happen: no payment buys coverage, no loaned machine guarantees a review, and nothing on the site is sponsored. Sending us a printer reserves no place in a ranking, and offers of that kind go unanswered.

Do not send anything confidential. This is an editorial site, not a support desk: warranty claims, repairs, firmware problems, returns and orders are handled by the seller or the manufacturer, and we cannot deal with them.
