Five bullets: one double-sided textured PEI plate of 257 × 257 mm for Bambu Lab X2D, X1, X1C, X1E, P1P, P1S, P2S and A1, with no QR code, so plate detection must be disabled and any foreign-object message skipped; heating to over 200 °C and a frosted PEI surface for PLA, flexible and wood filaments as well as ABS, PC, PETG, TPU and nylon; prints that drop off as the plate cools to room temperature; strong adhesion with no glue or lacquer; and a note that TIOPY also sells PET+PEI and PEI+PEO plates.

Plate detection off, foreign-object message skipped. TIOPY states both steps in its first bullet. For a Bambu owner it is the most useful line on the page, because it describes what the printer will do when the plate goes on.

Smooth or textured TIOPY PEI

The title and the bullets describe different surfaces. The five bullets agree with each other on textured PEI, and the product photograph shows a gold textured face; only the title says smooth.

TIOPY for the A1, not the A1 Mini

The A1 named here takes a 257 mm plate. The A1 Mini reviewed on this site is not on TIOPY’s list.

Availability

At the last look-up, the German, French and Spanish Amazon stores were asking 14 € to 22 €.

It is sold in the British Amazon store as well, in its own currency, which the euro figures above leave out on purpose.

The asking price on the Italian Amazon store ran past 1.6× the lowest country’s. A gap that size points to goods shipped in from abroad rather than a local seller, so that offer is left out of the figures above.

The American Amazon catalogue lists the product, yet no seller was offering it.
