The YOOPAI cold plate listing, bullet by bullet

Six bullets: adhesion for PLA and PETG at lower bed temperatures, avoiding warping on large prints, with up to 50 % saved on energy costs; tips of 45–55 °C for PLA and 50–70 °C for PETG, a warning against ABS and TPU, and advice to use the included scraper carefully from the edges; a glue-free textured surface and release by flexing the steel plate; compatibility with Bambu Lab A1, P2S, X2D, P1P, P1S, X1C and X1E, with an identification code for automatic levelling on X1C and X1E; a scratch-resistant coating restored with soap and water; and one-step release after cooling, with no scraping tool needed.

The YOOPAI plate prints cold

A cold plate grips at lower bed temperatures. YOOPAI’s argument is less warping on large PLA prints and lower energy costs, and the listing gives the bed temperatures that make the argument usable. The 50 % figure comes with no conditions.

What YOOPAI keeps off its plate

ABS and TPU are excluded, with a reason: adhesion strong enough to need scraping, which damages the coating. The same page then says in its last bullet that no scraping tool is needed; the second bullet is the one that names materials.

YOOPAI for the A1, not the A1 Mini

Like the TIOPY plate, this one is sized at 257 mm. The A1 Mini reviewed here is not on its list.

Availability

At the last look-up, the German Amazon store was asking roughly 15 €.

It is sold in the American and British Amazon stores as well, in their own currency, which the euro figures above leave out on purpose.

Asking prices on the French, Italian and Spanish Amazon stores ran past 1.6× the lowest country’s. A gap that size points to goods shipped in from abroad rather than a local seller, so those offers are left out of the figures above.
