Temperatures and storage advice are both here. For a moisture-sensitive PETG, advice on what to do after opening is as useful as the settings, and ERYONE gives it. The spool label in the product photograph gives different settings — 230–250 °C at the nozzle and 75–85 °C at the bed — so the listing and the label disagree.

Like the other carbon filaments on this site, the listing says nothing about nozzle wear. The page names the question rather than answering it for the maker.
