An ESP32-S3 development board on the WROOM-1-N16R8 module, with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5 LE, 45 programmable GPIO and external PSRAM, whose listing names neither its logic voltage, its USB connector nor a programming environment.

The bottom line A capable chip described through a poor translation. The radio, pin and memory figures are there; the voltage, connector and toolchain a first-time user needs are not.

A translation to read through

“Group policy objects” means GPIO. The second bullet was machine-translated, and the figure — 45 — is clear once the term is recognised. The page reports it as GPIO because nothing else in a microcontroller bullet could be meant.

Memory on the S3 module

The title’s WROOM-1-N16R8 names the module variant, and the fourth bullet describes 8 M of PSRAM. External PSRAM is what lets an ESP32-S3 buffer images or audio, and it is the reason to choose this variant.

Voltage and toolchain, both absent

Logic voltage decides whether a sensor can be wired directly, and the programming environment decides the first evening’s work. Neither is on the GERUI page.

At the last look-up, the German, French and Spanish Amazon stores were asking 9 € to 12 €.

It is sold in the British Amazon store as well, in its own currency, which the euro figures above leave out on purpose.

The asking price on the Italian Amazon store ran past 1.6× the lowest country’s. A gap that size points to goods shipped in from abroad rather than a local seller, so that offer is left out of the figures above.
