Computer control is what the title means by programmable. A test sequence — ramp a voltage, hold a current, log the result — can run without a hand on the knobs. The listing gives the interface and the software source, not the commands.
Limits the Kiprim user sets
No other supply here describes user-set protection thresholds. The DC310S lets the user choose the voltage and current at which it trips, which protects a specific load rather than the supply alone.
Readings as a curve
Plotting output over time on the screen shows how a battery’s charge current tapers or a motor’s draw spikes. It is the display feature no other supply in the family describes.
