Genmitsu 3020-PRO Ultra, 710 W spindle, HG15 rails review

The dearest of the three routers on this site, an all-metal machine on dual HG15 linear guides with a 710 W variable-speed spindle and an offline controller, whose listing claims 1.5 mm aluminium cuts per pass but gives no working area.

The bottom line Mechanically the best-described router of the three: linear guides, spindle range, torque, collet, controller. It omits the dimension every buyer asks first, and the software and limit switches that a router owner relies on.

HG15 guides, a reinforced back plate and 7.3 Nm steppers. Each is a named component rather than an adjective, and together they explain why the listing talks about aluminium and titanium at all.

The size the Genmitsu page leaves out

3020 is a model name, and the page never turns it into millimetres. A working area inferred from a model number is not a published figure, so this review leaves the row empty and points to the maker’s documentation.

Software and switches, both unmentioned

An offline controller runs jobs without a computer attached, but the program that prepares those jobs is not named, and no limit switches are listed. Neither absence proves the machine lacks them; both are worth checking with Genmitsu rather than assuming.

What is its working area?

The listing does not say. The model name suggests a size class, but no dimension is given in the title or bullets, and this page does not infer one.

Can it take a laser module?

The fifth bullet says the Ø65 mm spindle holder and Ø52 mm adapter support different spindles and laser modules, and that it is compatible with Ø69 mm holders.
