The Iverntech extruder listing, bullet by bullet

Four bullets: a dual drive Bowden extruder with an internal 3:1 ratio, with 385 recommended as the E-steps value; a knurled screw tensioner to fine-tune the pressure the drive gears put on the filament; suitability for most 3D printers and filaments; and one Bowden extruder with one universal stepper motor bracket.

Iverntech’s 385 E-steps

E-steps tell the firmware how many motor steps push one millimetre of filament. A geared extruder changes that number, and the first bullet gives it. Without it, an upgrade starts with a calibration before the first print.

Iverntech’s tension screw

The knurled screw sets how hard the two gears press on the filament. The listing gives the adjustment and no settings for it.

Availability

At the last look-up, the German and French Amazon stores were asking 11 € to 15 €.

It is sold in the British Amazon store as well, in its own currency, which the euro figures above leave out on purpose.

The asking price on the Spanish Amazon store ran past 1.6× the lowest country’s. A gap that size points to goods shipped in from abroad rather than a local seller, so that offer is left out of the figures above.

The Italian Amazon catalogue lists the product, yet no seller was offering it.

The American Amazon store returned no entry, so the buy button there opens a search rather than a missing page.
