The AIYHSW solder listing, bullet by bullet

Five bullets: one reel of 0.8 mm lead-free solder, 20 g net, in Sn99.3 Cu0.7; a rosin core with a no-clean formula and little spatter; fast soldering and a melting point of 227 °C; high purity and flow, with the seller’s wording of no toxic gas and no odour; and repairs to cables, radios, televisions, circuit boards and toys.

AIYHSW’s tin-copper alloy

Sn99.3 Cu0.7 at 227 °C. Tin-copper is the plain lead-free solder, without silver. AIYHSW calls the melting point low; it is higher than the leaded solders it replaces, and higher than the silver-bearing reels on this site at 217 °C.

What AIYHSW leaves out

No flux percentage in the text, though the reel in the product photograph reads 2.0 %, and nothing on fumes beyond the fourth bullet’s own reassurance. Handling guidance for rosin fumes is on the maker’s safety data, not on this page.

Availability

At the last look-up, the German, French and Spanish Amazon stores were asking 5 € to 7 €.

The asking price on the Italian Amazon store ran past 1.6× the lowest country’s. A gap that size points to goods shipped in from abroad rather than a local seller, so that offer is left out of the figures above.

The American and British Amazon catalogues list the product, yet no seller was offering it.
