GALLUNOPTIMAL classes its flux

REL0. Flux classes describe the base and activity; REL0 is a resin-type, low-activity, halide-free flux. The listing gives the class as well as the percentage, which lets the flux be compared with others.

GALLUNOPTIMAL at 0.5 mm

The finest wire of the six, for small pads and fine pitch. It is also the only one to name the standards it is made to. The FELDER reel in the product photograph writes the alloy as Sn99.3CuNiGe, naming germanium as well as nickel, which the bullets do not mention.
