1 GB or 4 GB in the db-tronic kit

The title says 1 GB; the part number says 4GB. Home Assistant and retro gaming both appear in the title as uses, and the memory size bears on what either can run. This is the first thing to ask the seller.

Bullets shared with another kit

The Raspberry Pi 4 4 GB kit sold under the smart-home-komponente name uses near-identical wording for its supply, case, heatsinks and cable. This page reports the resemblance and draws no conclusion about who assembles either kit.

At the last look-up, the German, French and Italian Amazon stores were asking roughly 90 €.

It is sold in the British Amazon store as well, in its own currency, which the euro figures above leave out on purpose.
