Under 40 °C inside, and 60 dB reduced to 40 dB. Both are the listing’s figures, with no conditions given; they are reported as stated and compared with nothing.

Particles kept in, not taken out

The third bullet says particles stay inside and settle. Without ventilation or a filter, that is containment rather than removal, and the room still receives them when the enclosure is opened.
