The ZIZISHU i3 Mega hotend listing, bullet by bullet

Five bullets: a CNC-machined brass nozzle with a stated 0.01 mm tolerance and a smooth inner wall, for 1.75 mm PLA, ABS, TPU and PA; a bi-metal heat break of titanium alloy and copper, joined by a special process; a shinier nozzle and heat break with better thread precision and a smoother bore, and a note to run PID tuning after installation; the bi-metal heat break’s insulation against heat loss, temperature swings and heat creep; and an NTC100K B3950 thermistor of 3 × 5.5 mm and about 100 mm, able to measure up to 300 °C.

The ZIZISHU bi-metal heat break

Titanium where heat must stop, copper where it must leave. The second bullet splits the job: titanium alloy slows heat moving up from the block, copper carries it away. It is the kit’s central argument.

ZIZISHU, 300 °C and PID tuning

The only temperature is the thermistor’s measuring range. PID tuning, which the third bullet asks for, sets the printer’s heater control to the new part. The title starts with “Super Print”, while the brand field reads ZIZISHU, and no name is visible on the product photograph.
