The QWORK V5 hotend listing, bullet by bullet

Five bullets: a heat-resistant aluminium heater block that can reach 250 °C; compatibility with i3 Mega series 3D printers only; a 45° chamfered rear end, a flat and smooth nozzle section and a close fit on the short nozzle; a 0.4 mm nozzle for 1.75 mm filament, a 12 V 40 W heater and a V5 heater tube; and a thermistor and heater cartridge supplied with plugs.

The QWORK hotend’s 250 °C

The figure belongs to the heater block. The first bullet says the block’s temperature can reach 250 °C. It is the only temperature on the page, and it describes the part rather than a filament range.

Plugs on the QWORK hotend

Both the thermistor and the heater cartridge come with connectors, which the listing presents as the easy part of fitting. The heater is given as 12 V 40 W, and the page names no other voltage. The product photograph also shows a long white PTFE tube attached to the hotend, which no bullet mentions.

Availability

At the last look-up, the German, French, Italian and Spanish Amazon stores were asking 8 € to 10 €.

It is sold in the British Amazon store as well, in its own currency, which the euro figures above leave out on purpose.

The American Amazon store returned no entry, so the buy button there opens a search rather than a missing page.
