The Adeept sensor kit listing, bullet by bullet

Five bullets: 24 sensors and modules designed by Adeept for learning electronics, IoT and programming on a Raspberry Pi single-board computer; a PDF manual of about 95 pages with 23 lessons and code in Python and C; free technical support; a project box; and a note that the Raspberry Pi is not included.

Adeept and the Raspberry Pi 4

Named in the title. The Raspberry Pi 4 single-board computers reviewed on this site — the 4 Model B board and the two Pi 4 starter sets — are among the boards the kit is written for.

Adeept’s lessons

Twenty-three lessons for twenty-four modules, each in Python and C. The modules are not listed by name in the text; the product photograph shows them labelled on their boards, along with a GPIO extension board, a 40-way ribbon cable, a small breadboard and jumper wires.

Availability

At the last look-up, the German, French, Italian and Spanish Amazon stores were asking 43 € to 44 €.

It is sold in the British Amazon store as well, in its own currency, which the euro figures above leave out on purpose.

The American Amazon store returned no entry, so the buy button there opens a search rather than a missing page.

Every figure here is Keepa’s reading on the date this page was last updated. Stock and prices can change at any time.
